He spent the 80's playing in "The Village" in New York City and touring with his country band "Saddle Tramp". JT reflects those times in both his songwriting and performing. He has toured throughout the USA, parts of Europe and the Caribbean, playing country music and rock and roll. also bringing those influences to the bands sound. He has opened for national acts such as The Band, Pure Prairie League, Freddy Fender, The Ventures, Leslie West and Mountain. He thinks of himself as an entertainer first and a singer/musician second, which is evident in the bands performances. A vast selection of styles and artists influence his musical approach.

Kerry’s way of approaching a song is from the song’s standpoint, not the bass player’s standpoint, ensuring that the song gets the correct bass part. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE SONG.

Highway 1 has played at Squid Lips Overwater grill for years. They are always professional and great to work with. Joel and the guys play a variety of music besides the best Buffet tunes. I look forward to the crowds they attract when they play here.

I do the Marketing and Entertainment Bookings for Victory Casino Cruises in Port Canaveral, Florida. For the past several years, we have booked Highway 1, once a week, to perform on our cruises. Our guests love Highway 1. Over the years we have had them join us as a duo, trio and as a full band for several Margarita Madness Cruises. In any formation, they always put on an amazing and memorable show. I would highly recommend Highway 1 for your next party or event. Your friends and guests will have a great time. In addition to being great performers, they always show up on time and are very professional to deal with off the stage. To everyone in Highway 1, I thank you for all you do for us at Victory Casino Cruises, we appreciate you all very much.

Highway 1 performs regularly here at The Conch House Marina Resort in St. Augustine, Florida.
They bring a witty brand of music (Salt and Lime), that the crowd just loves. JT, Tea and Bat are so much fun, and of course, professional. They really know how to get the crowd involved. Please be sure to contact them for your next event. You won't be disappointed.

Highway 1 has performed at our restaurant, The Golden Lion, Flagler Beach for five years. One of the biggest nights of the year is the presentation of the Best Beach Bar Award, and we were thrilled to have Highway 1 perform that evening. It was a great night with friends, family and good times. The music added ambiance and fun to the event. We have constantly found JT, Tea and Bat to be upbeat, professional and more than willing to stay on when the crowd demands......”just one more”. Having booked music at our establishment for over 24 years, we are proud to have found a great band to add to our music rotation.
We look forward to many future nights of singing along and dancing under the stars to the music of Highway 1.

We were very happy to have Highway 1 entertain us at our clubs 9th annual Gumbo Festival after party. They played a wide variety of music to please everyone and interacted easily with the crowd. They were friends playing music for friends and this was the first time we hired them. We hope to see them again down the road and at other functions in the future. Good luck JT, Tea and Bat.
